Slow Cooker Spicy Taco Baked Potatoes

Need a change from classic baked potatoes? This unique Slow Cooker Spicy Taco Baked Potatoes recipe from Jessica at All She Cooks delivers big flavor with little effort.


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 bag Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 cup Crystal Farms Shredded Mexican 3 Cheese
  • ¼ cup hot chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (garnish)
  • 1 tbsp green onions (garnish)
Recommended Crystal Farms Product Substitutions: Crystal Farms Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese


  • Brown ground beef, drain grease and add taco seasoning and ½ cup of water. Cook on low for 5 minutes.
  • Grease or spray slow cooker crock. Add taco meat, spreading it out over the crock. Top with hash browns, half of the cheese and the chili sauce.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours. Add remaining shredded Mexican 3 Cheese and serve.
  • Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
