Heat oven to 425° F. Place pizza crusts on ungreased baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon Thai sauce on top of each crust.
Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Divide chicken onto each pizza crust. Top each with red bell pepper, carrots, peanuts, shredded Pizzeria and green onions.
