Melt Crystal Farms butter in 1-quart saucepan over medium-low heat. Add green onions. Cook onions, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Reduce heat to low. Add Crystal Farms creamy Swiss wedges, sour cream and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and smooth. Stir in ham and mustard. Cook until heated through.
Serve spread warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
Chef's Tips & Suggestions:
If dip thickens stir in an additional 1 tablespoon milk as needed.
If dip cools, dip can easily be reheated in microwave. Cook on high in 30 second increments, stirring after each 30 seconds, for 1 to 2 minutes.
