12 olives; pitted and coarsely chopped; if desired

Heat oven to 400° F. Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Press out into a 12-inch square. Cut into quarters.
Lay one fourth of the bacon strips on each square; top with 1/4 cup shredded Pizza blend, and about 1 tablespoon olives. Fold each square in half over filling; press edges to seal. Place seamside down on baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm, dipped in pizza sauce.
