Three Minute Antipasto Skewers

Heather from It's a Lovely Life dresses up our Wisconsin String Cheese Sticks with balsamic vinaigrette, fresh cherry tomatoes and lettuce for a light, satisfying snack.

Ingredients

1 package Crystal Farms Wisconsin String Cheese
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
12 cherry tomatoes
1 head lettuce
6 bamboo skewers

Recommended Crystal Farms Product Substitutions: Crystal Farms Light Wisconsin String Cheese

Instructions

Carefully cut the Wisconsin String Cheese Sticks into even thirds.
Make the skewers by alternating Wisconsin String Cheese, lettuce and cherry tomatoes until only the skewer ends are visible.
Place over bed of lettuce.
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
