Spinach Au Gratin

This au gratin-style dish is so cheesy and yummy, kids won’t even notice there’s spinach in it! Its crunchy finish makes it that much more delicious.



  • Preheat broiler to high.
  • Combine heavy cream and spinach in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  • Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese and shredded Provolone cheese, roasted garlic, Cajun seasoning and breadcrumbs, and cook until mixture is thick.
  • Pour into oven-safe dish and top with finely shredded Cheddar cheese. Broil until cheese is golden brown.

Chef’s Tips and Suggestions: 

  • If the roasted garlic purée can’t be found, substitute with a ½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
