Shrimp & Feta Bake

This recipe for 2 is a baked pasta dish with fettuccine, shrimp, olives, tomatoes and feta drizzled with lemon butter. Bakes in 15 minutes.


  • 6 oz uncooked fettuccini
  • 1/2 lb (20-30 count) cooked shrimp; peeled; deveined; tails removed
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes; cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives; pitted; coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsps Crystal Farms® Butter; melted
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Crystal Farms Feta Cheese Crumbles

  • Heat oven to 350° F. Spray two 1-quart baking dishes or one 2-quart with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  • Place equal amounts pasta in each prepared baking dish. Top with shrimp, tomatoes and olives. In small bowl stir together melted butter, lemon peel and salt. Pour over shrimp. Sprinkle with Wisconsin Feta cheese crumbles.

  • Bake 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
