Heat oven to 350° F. Spray two 1-quart baking dishes or one 2-quart with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Place equal amounts pasta in each prepared baking dish. Top with shrimp, tomatoes and olives. In small bowl stir together melted butter, lemon peel and salt. Pour over shrimp. Sprinkle with Wisconsin Feta cheese crumbles.
