Quiche Lorraine

A classic must-have dish for any breakfast or brunch gathering. Swiss cheese, onions and eggs in a flaky pastry crust ensure each bite is as flavorful as the next.


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 pie crust, raw
  • 1/2 cup caramelized yellow onions
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Crystal Farms Shredded Swiss Cheese


  • Par-cook the pie crust per manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Take the cooled pie crust and layer with caramelized onions, cooked diced bacon and shredded Swiss cheese.
  • Top with egg mixture and bake at 375° F oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the center comes clean when poked with a knife or skewer.
