Pepper Jack Turkey Sliders

A very popular recipe. These easy-to-make, mini turkey burgers are topped with Pepper Jack cheese for an extra pop of flavor.


  • 1 pkg (20 oz) ground lean turkey
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 16 oz Crystal Farms Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 8 whole wheat dinner rolls; split
  • as desired spinach leaves
  • as desired sliced tomato

  • Heat broiler on HIGH. Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Combine ground turkey, salsa, breadcrumbs, cumin and salt in medium bowl. Using hands, blend mixture until well mixed.
  • Press turkey mixture into eight burgers; each 3 inches in diameter. Place on prepared pan. Broil 6-8 inches under heat of broiler. Broil on HIGH for 4 minutes. Turn burgers.
  • Top each with 1 slice of reduced fat Pepper Jack cheese. Continue cooking 4-5 minutes or until burgers are no longer pink.
  • Serve burger inside split roll topped with spinach leaves and sliced tomato.
