Insanely Delicious (and Quick!) Cheesy Ranch-Chicken Biscuit Casserole

Cheese. Chicken. Ranch. Biscuits. You can't go wrong with this inspired collision of comfort foods. Add a few veggies from the pantry and it transforms into a pot-pie bake guaranteed to delight.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, ranch mix, and 1 of the 2 cups of cheese. Add pot pie ingredients of your choice: canned carrot slices, peas, canned potatoes, etc.
  • Cut each of the eight biscuits into 4 pieces. Gently fold half of them into the chicken mixture.
  • Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with the second cup of cheese. Add remaining biscuits to top of casserole.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and the biscuits are golden brown. Serve hot.
