Individual Thai Chicken Pizza

Take pizza out of the ordinary by making this tasty Thai chicken pizza recipe. Using prepared Thai peanut sauce adds a lot of flavor without any fuss.


  • 2(6 inch) individual pre-baked Italian pizza crusts
  • 2 tbsps bottled Thai peanut sauce
  • 2 tsps sesame or canola oil
  • 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup matchstick carrots
  • 2 tbsps chopped peanuts
  • 2/3 cup Crystal Farms Shredded Pizzeria
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green onions


  • Heat oven to 425° F. Place pizza crusts on ungreased baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon Thai sauce on top of each crust.
  • Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Divide chicken onto each pizza crust. Top each with red bell pepper, carrots, peanuts, shredded Pizzeria and green onions.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
