Homemade Cheese Crackers

You only need four ingredients to whip up a batch of Homegrown & Healthy's Homemade Cheese Crackers for a homemade take on your favorite store-brand snack!

Recommended Crystal Farms Product Substitutions: Crystal Farms Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • In a large food processor, add the butter, shredded Cheddar cheese and flour. Puree until the ingredients are finely ground up.
  • Slowly pulse in the water.
  • Remove dough from the processor, wrap in plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. To speed up chilling process, store in freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Roll out the dough until its approximately ¼ inch. Using a pizza roller, cut the dough into squares or triangles.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, until the bottoms turn golden.
