You only need four ingredients to whip up a batch of Homegrown & Healthy's Homemade Cheese Crackers for a homemade take on your favorite store-brand snack!
In a large food processor, add the butter, shredded Cheddar cheese and flour. Puree until the ingredients are finely ground up.
Slowly pulse in the water.
Remove dough from the processor, wrap in plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. To speed up chilling process, store in freezer for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Roll out the dough until its approximately ¼ inch. Using a pizza roller, cut the dough into squares or triangles.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until the bottoms turn golden.
