Need a recipe for a Tex-Mex fix? Taco-seasoned turkey and corn are served on a bed of greens with fresh tomatoes and shredded Cheddar. Top with crushed tortilla chips for crunch!
In small bowl, stir together Ranch dressing and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning. Set aside.
Brown turkey in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Reduce heat to LOW; add corn. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in 5 teaspoons taco seasoning and water. Stir until sauce starts to thicken.
Divide salad greens equally onto two dinner plates. Top with cooked turkey mixture and tomatoes. Drizzle with salad dressing. Top with tortilla chips and cheese.
