Grilled Grilled Cheese

When was the last time you actually grilled a grilled cheese? In this recipe, swiss, cheddar and gouda form a gourmet trio that makes this a classic done oh-so-right.



  • Spread melted butter on both sides of the bread and place the slices on the grill.
  • Toast one side on medium heat, flip the bread over. Put the shredded cheese on one piece of the bread and the sliced cheese on the other
  • Close the grill and melt the cheese.
  • Put cheesy breads together and continue toasting to the desired color.
