Cheesy Potato Casserole

One bowl and one pan is all you need to make this easy potato side dish. It’s perfect when you’re serving a crowd.


  • 1 package Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 cup (4 oz) Crystal Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 tbsp Crystal Farms® Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic


  • Heat oven to 350° F. Spray 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray*. In large bowl combine all ingredients; stir to mix well. Spread in prepared pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and center is heated through.
