Black Pepper White Cheddar Chicken Breast with Bacon and Apple Sandwich

Just a few flavorful ingredients, such as bacon, apple and honey mustard, turn this deli-style chicken sandwich into a satisfying meal that’s ready in no time.



  • Add olive oil to a large non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the apple slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté for approximately 2-4 minutes or until they start to soften. Remove the apples from the skillet and set them aside.
  • Add the chicken cutlets to the pan and cook the chicken for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
  • During the last minute of cooking, add the Crystal Farms Black Pepper White Cheddar slice to the top of the chicken and cover the skillet with a lid until the cheese is melted.
  • Spread honey mustard on four slices of toasted bread; spread mayonnaise on the other four slices. Place the bacon on 4 slices of the bread and top with the prepared chicken and apples.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread and serve.
