Heat oven to 400° F. Lightly beat egg in shallow dish with 2 tablespoons water.
In another shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup Finely shredded 6 cheese Italian, and walnuts. Dip each chicken breast in egg, then crumb mixture. Place in 2-quart baking dish. Drizzle with butter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink inside. Serve hot over cooked pasta, topped with sauce and remaining cheese.
